Product Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition. Please remember to include a tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price.
All returns must be reported to our customer service in advance.
I Received a Defective Item
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

The damaged item

A brief description of the defect

Photographic evidence
If the package was damaged during shipping, please take a photo at the time of receipt and send it to our customer service. Reports of damaged packages must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Without documentation and confirmation from our team, we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.
I Received the Wrong Item
If you have mistakenly received a different item from the one you ordered, please contact our support team right away and provide:

The name of the item you did not receive

The name of the item you received by mistake

A photo of the item received
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, we recommend you return the item you received and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective items: If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise unusable, we will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.

For personal reasons: If you ordered by mistake, changed your mind, or the item does not fit well, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will also be responsible for proof of shipment.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as they are processed automatically 24/7 to ensure the fastest possible shipping. Of course, you can return the items after delivery by following the instructions above.
